Refund policy

eBooks are not eligible for returns. No refunds or exchanges.

Paperbacks are eligible for exchanges if the product arrived damaged and/or wrong item is sent within 10 days after receiving your item. Because we use Amazon's fulfillment for our print on demand paperbacks, we must adhere to Amazon's return policy.

Refunds are only give once Amazon verifies the return on our end, meaning you will need to follow the Amazon guidelines as well.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or digital downloads.

Refunds
Exchanges will be made on damaged products but we will not issue refunds at this time.
